Every agent — not just founding members — can list their commercial properties on CommercialUK at no cost. No card required to sign up, no listing fees, no commission. The free tier is a permanent feature of the platform.
If we ever adjust what is included at each tier, every affected agent is notified by email at least 60 days in advance, with a clear explanation of what is changing and why. No quiet tier re-jigs, no "effective immediately" price hikes mid-contract.
The first 100 agents to register get every paid feature we ever launch — free, for life. If CommercialUK is sold, acquired, or restructured, the Founding Agent benefits transfer with the platform.
Agent emails, phone numbers, and company details are never sold to third parties, never rented to marketers, never used to train external AI models. Enquiries from buyers/tenants go direct to the listing agent with no middleman.
If CommercialUK ever breaches any clause above, every affected agent is entitled to a complete export of their listings, enquiries, and analytics data in portable format — delivered within 5 working days of the request, no questions asked.
Total transparency. This is exactly how the platform is structured, now and forever.
Enough to prove the platform works for you. Small local agents often stay on the free tier indefinitely. Busier firms upgrade to Boost when they hit the lead cap.

Commercial agents in the UK have watched this happen before. A property portal launches, promises free listings, builds supply on the back of agents' hard work, then introduces fees the moment it has leverage. Rightmove did it. Zoopla did it. OnTheMarket did it. Every agent we speak to is waiting for CommercialUK to do the same.
So we're not asking you to trust us. We're putting the commitment in public, date-stamped, with a named remedy if we break it. If CommercialUK ever changes pricing without 60 days notice, sells agent contact data, or abandons the Founding Agent programme, every affected agent is entitled to a complete data export within 5 working days. That clause binds us and any future owner of the platform.
The free tier isn't a loss-leader. It's the product. The optional add-ons are how the platform eventually pays for itself — only once there's enough demand to make them worth paying for.
