The Linden Enterprise Centre ‘Building A’ is a modern, hybrid business facility incorporating high quality offices. The offices are accessed by an unmanned reception area . They have a shared kitchen and WC facilities and there is a large break out area on the first floor. Offices are heated/cooled by reverse heat pump units. Additional ‘add on’ facilities such as answering service, administrative assistance, book-keeping assistance and accountancy services are also available to hire on an informal basis. Externally there is allocated car parking.
