Brent Cross Town is an £8bn, 180-acre visionary mixed-use regeneration under single ownership. It is being delivered by Related Argent, the developer behind Hudson Yards in the USA and Kings Cross in the UK, with 3 Copper Square the first commercial office building under construction following the c.130,000 sq ft pre-let to Sheffield Hallam University.
