‘Unit 1’ comprises a portal steel-framed manufacturing building with pitch roof. The manufacturing area in Unit 1 retains many facilities such as extensive electrical wiring and switchgear. To the rear of this and semi-detached again is a two storey building with a monopitch roof comprising ground floor warehousing (with some mezzanines), loading bays and a first floor technical centre (prototype and tool shop). The upper floor has a goods/materials lift for access. ‘Unit 2’ is a portal steel frame building with pitch roof that is, in the main, warehousing with loading bays at either end. Additional goods storage is provided by way of a mezzanine floor. The first floor provides for office space which could also serve as stores.
