Studio Downie Architects worked with Wells Mackereth to create a space that boasts green features such as PV panels, CHP heating, rainwater harvesting and a proper lighting strategy (sensors, low energy etc.). On offer is a contemporary office space, focus booths and a range of meeting venues. The building also has a roof/garden terrace, kitchen and dining areas, bike storage, CCTV and showers and is situated next to Kings Cross station.
