The centre lies within sight of Southampton Football Stadium and has managed offices, workshops, meeting rooms, reception, onsite cafe, parking and networking events, all close to the city centre.

Completed in 2002, the workspace is located in a progressive new commercial area close to the city centre. The accommodation ranges from small one to two person-managed offices, larger suites for established businesses, to a completely self-contained spacious workshop and studio units for heavier use.
